Lynn Banis has devoted over thirty years to the development of human and organizational potential. She is recognized for her clarity of thought, ability to ask deep questions, and business acumen. Whether Lynn is working with individuals or groups, she has been instrumental in guiding them through complex, often difficult situations. In addition to executive coaching and performance consulting, Lynn is a talented instructional designer, researcher, and teleseminar leader. Along with founding Banis Consulting, Lynn is a partner in Truleaderu™, a corporate training organization, and was previously a Senior Manager, Performance Consulting with Arthur Andersen. She holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MS in Counseling, and an MS in Administration and is a graduate of Corporate Coach U. Lynn was a founding member of ICF’s Internal Coaching Special Interest Group. She is also past-President of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and was a member of its National Executive Committee.
